吸附-光催化氧化净化甲醛废气的试验研究
The Experimental Study of Adsorption-Photocatalytic Oxidation of Formaldehyde with ACF and TiO2
【摘要】 以活性炭纤维为吸附剂,将过渡金属离子掺杂修饰技术制备了高活性TiO2光催化剂,在紫外光照射下对低浓度的甲醛进行吸附 光催化氧化试验研究,分析了催化剂的用量、光照时间、浓度等因素对光催化效果的影响和ACF(活性炭纤维)重复使用的情况。
【Abstract】 TiO2 was used as a photocatalyst and activated carbon fibres that supported TiO2 as an adsorbent to decontaminate formaldehyde gas of low concentration.The photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel technique and modified with Fe3+and so it got a higher activity. Activated carbon fibres loaded with TiO2 was exposed to UV light with the result that formaldehyde gas was adsorbed by ACF and then photocatalytic oxidized into CO2 and H2O. In the experiment, effects of reaction time, does of titanium dioxide and formaldehyde concentration have been studied, and the adsorption capability of ACF used in photocatalytic oxidation was also tested.
