【摘要】当前,我国发展风险投资存在资金来源不足。资本退出途径少、高级从业人员缺乏、风险企业与风险企业家缺乏以及相关配套政策不到位等问题,应该建立以政府资金为引导、民间资本为主体的风险资本筹集机制,建立多元化的风险资本退出渠道,建立市场化的投融资机制,在完善相关法律法规的同时,加速培养高素质的风险投资家。更多还原
