复合处理剂处理洗衣废水的研究

【摘要】 以洗衣废水为处理对象,对照了用复合处理剂与聚合铝、聚合铁等对水样进行絮凝处理的效果,分析了药剂投加量、pH值、温度、搅拌强度和静沉时间等对COD、浊度、SS的去除率的影响。实验结果表明,以复合处理剂(PAM 1)为混凝剂,在pH值为6.5~8.5,水温为15~45℃,每升投加量为60mg时,浊度去除率可达90%,CODCr去除率达80%,LAS去除率达90%,SS达86%左右。

【Abstract】 Through the coagulate experiments, comparing the complex coagulation and poly aluminum and sulfate aluminum to intensively treat the washes, the effluence of chemical dosage and pH, temperature, the strength of rabble and the time of static precipitation to the removal efficiency of COD, degree of turbidity and SS are analyzed. On the condition of pH between 6.5 and 8.5 and temperature between 14 and 45 centigrade, when the concentration of PAM-1 is 60 mg/L, the results indicate that about 90% turbidity, 80% CODCr and 90% surfactants and 86% SS can be removed.
