【Abstract】 The paper provides an algorithm to produce PSF(Point Spread Functron) in the time domain to do the restoration of images at arbitrary direction, using the knowledge of computer graphics. It solves the problem that it is not accurate to restore images in the frequency domain because of the particularity of the frequency spectrum.
