基于SolidWorks的堆垛机参数化设计系统的开发
Development of Parametric Design System for Stack Machine Based on SolidWorks
【摘要】 以三维特征造型软件SolidWorks2001为平台,采用模块化、参数化的设计思想构建堆垛机的相应模块的三维模型;以MicrosoftAccess为支撑数据库,MicrosoftVisualBasic为开发工具,建立设计计算与三维模型的数据接口;采用有限元分析软件COSMOS进行结构校核,建立了面向仓储设备堆垛机的参数化设计系统.实践证明:该设计系统可显著提高设计效率与质量,可快速响应个性化的市场要求.
【Abstract】 Based on SolidWorks 2001 environment, theories of modularization and parametric 3D model are adopted to design 3D model of Stack Machine module. With the support of Microsoft Access database and the programming language of Visual Basic, the interface between model and data is established. After making the FEM analysis of the structure by COSMOS, a parametric design system has been developed, which may be applicable to manufacture industry of logistics equipments. It has been proved that the design system can improve the design efficiency and quality sharply, meeting the specific market need rapidly.
