Cu-Al-Mn-Zn-Zr合金的显微组织及其形状记忆效应
Microstructure and Shape Memory Effect of CuAlMnZnZr Alloy
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了CuAlMnZnZr形状记忆合金的显微组织及其晶体结构并利用弯曲变形法测定了该合金的形状记忆效应.试验结果表明:Cu-11.1Al-6.45Mn-1.6Zn-0.1Zr和Cu-10Al-8.75Mn-8.6Zn-0.1Zr(wt%)合金的马氏体形态、亚结构、晶体结构及记忆特性与Al、Mn、Zn含量有着密切的关系,其中Al的影响最大.当Al含量为11.1%时,马氏体为孪晶亚结构,晶体结构为N2H,记忆特性良好;Al含量为10.0%时,马氏体为层错亚结构,晶体结构为N18R,记忆特性稍差.
【Abstract】 Microstructure and crystallographic structure were studied by means of SEM and XRD analysis as well as the shape memory effect measurement.The experimental results show that martensite morphology and substructure in the tested alloy relatived with the content of Al,Mn and Zn.The content of Al influenced greatly the electron concentration so as to influenced the martensites’ morphology and substructure.The substructure of martensite in the tested alloy with 11.1% Al(1#) was confirmed to be twin. Its crystallographic structure was N2H.It exhibited good shape memory effect at average temperature.On the contrary, the substructure of martensite in the alloy with 10.0% Al(2#) was confirmed to be stacking faults.Its crystallographic structure was N18R.Its shape memory effect was inferior to the tested alloy 1#.
