【Abstract】 The author presents the necessity of building performance evaluation system of insurance company in China and introduces the balanced scorecard. Furthermore, the author establishes the performance evaluation system focusing on vision and strategy from the four perspectives of finance, customer, internal business and innovation and learning perspective.
