【Abstract】 Evaluation methodology is the general approaches and means based on evaluation issues. The nature of the methodology is that different evaluation methods are organized at certain manner, so as to easily choose these methods according to specific needs. Methodology should be of integrity, general, and comprehensive. This article combines all kinds of evaluation methods coming from native or abroad and author’s academic work.
