稀土超磁致伸缩材料、应用与器件
Rare-earth Giant Magnetostrictive Materials,Application and Devices
【摘要】 介绍了稀土铁超磁致伸缩材料的磁致伸缩性能和应用该材料研制的器件.利用磁致伸缩材料的磁致伸缩大、能量密度高、反应速度快等特点,研制了具有尺寸小、位移量大、精度高的致动器,用于精密加工中位移的进给、异型零件的加工和精密阀门的控制等领域.研究和开发超磁致伸缩材料和器件,对于促进机电一体化、微电子、纳米技术等的发展具有重要意义.
【Abstract】 Introduces the properties and application of the rare-earth giant magnetostrictive materials. Using the giant magnetostrictive materials’ large magnetostriction, high energy density,and quick response ,a small dimension, large displacement and high precision actuator is developed,which can be used in precision feed, abnormal shape parts machining and precision controlling.To study and develop the giant magnetostrictive materials and their devices has important significance for promoting the electromechanical integration, micro-electronics and nanometer technology.
