组合化学与多肽合成
Combinatorial Chemistry and Peptides Synthesis
【摘要】 介绍了组合化学产生的背景和组合化学的定义以及组合库的构建和鉴别方法,并就其在多肽合成方面的应用述以实例,最后对其发展方向作一展望.
【Abstract】 The article introduces the background and definition of the combinatorial chemistry, the design and dis- crimination of the combinatorial libraries. Some samples about the applications on peptides synthesis are given and the future of combinatorial chemistry are discussed in this perspective.
