卡拉OK侵权案分析

【摘要】 从 2 0 0 4年 4 9家唱片公司要求国内卡拉OK营业者就侵犯版权给予唱片公司赔偿这一事件入手 ,论述MTV、MV版权保护的理由、必要性及注意事项。

【Abstract】 record companies demand karaoke business to stop encroaching their copyrights since the year of 2004. From this incident, the author expounds the reason and necessity of the copyright protection of MTV and MV.
