【Abstract】 Personal danger which derives from the research on the cause of crime in criminology is adopted into criminal field later.The defenition of personal danger in criminal field should be rooted in sentencing and conviction .While assessing personal danger ,we should differentiate personal danger from social hazard and avoid involving personal danger in social hazard as well as repetitive assessment.更多还原
