【Abstract】 As an important law to normalize market economy,the Bankrupt Law defines the capabilities of bankruptcy, reflecting the value tendency of itself and determining the procedures. Not any question at present to the capabilities of an enterprise’s bankruptcy in China but of a natual person’s need studying in feasibility and necessity in light of the policies of both aim and legislation to bankrupt system.更多还原
