【Abstract】 Commercial secret is a kind of technological and managing information that is not known to public but can bring economic profits to oblige that have taken measures to keep this secret. In this paper, the writer introduces the current situation on protecting commercial secret in our country and analyzes the problems of the current legislation. On the basis of the available legislation model, the writer supposes how to improve the China legal protection against commercial secrecy from the aspects of the distinguishing the protection scope of the commercial secrecy, improving relevant laws, amending the responsibility of fining and compensation and exemption responsibility.更多还原
