【Abstract】 The principal problems, which influence sustainable development of hydropower in a rivershed, such as administra-tive system, financing mechanism, electricity-rate transmitted to network, taxes, credit, investment allocation and earlier stagework etc, are studied, some proposals for promoting the hydropower in a rivershed being developed speedily and sustainablly are suggested.更多还原
