【Abstract】 The Simple Network Management Protocol SNMP), the Web-based management WBM) mode and ( ( the design method of SNMP Agentare discussed. A new approach for the network managementsystem is proposed and designed by using PHP language based on SNMP to program Common Gateway Interface CGI) applications ( for access to SNMP MIB base.
