【Abstract】 The content of curcumin in curcumins was determined by HPCE. A linearity of peak area and concentration for curcumin was good (r=0.999 2) in the range of 0.450～4.049 g/L.The RSD of precision was 1.25% (n=6),and the average recovery was 99.8%.This method is simple, quick and accurate. The expendable reagent was less, and the cost of the experiment was lower.The proposed method can be used to detect the content of curcumin in a sample containing curcumin.更多还原
