【Abstract】 A fingerprint of traditional Chinese rubber electuary medicine Donglegao has been studied and provides the quality information by HPLC. Hypersil ODS2 column was used, with mixtures of methanol and 1%acetic acid solution as mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 254 nm. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.2 ml/min. The method is simple, accurate with reproducibility. It may be practical value for the quality control of Donglegao.更多还原
