铁路客车转向架药芯焊丝MAG焊接头的疲劳性能

【摘要】 为了加速我国铁路客车现代化 ,研制适合高速行驶要求的客车转向架势在必行。有关资料表明 ,疲劳是焊接接头在低应力下过早破坏的主要原因。针对客车转向架制造用ST5 2 -3低合金结构钢 ,分别使用四种不同焊丝进行焊接 ,并对接头进行了疲劳性能试验研究。结果表明 :选用SF -71和Supercore71H两种药芯焊丝较为合适。

【Abstract】 In order to modernize the passenger trains, new kinds of bogies which suit to high speed running should be developed. According to some articles, the fatigue is the main reason that makes the welding joints rupture at a low stress. In this paper, the fatigue resistance properties of ST52-3 joints welded with four kinds of welding wires were respectively investigated. The results indicated that SF-71 and Supercore71H flux cored welding wires are better ones.
