【摘要】 目的　降低吡罗昔康消化系统副作用 ,满足风湿性类风湿性关节炎患者长期局部使用本品的目的。 方法 　首先对处方中透皮吸收剂的种类及浓度、助溶剂的用量等因素进行考察 ,确定最优组方 ,按筛选出处方配制吡罗昔康搽剂并观察临床疗效。 结果 　所得搽剂无刺激性、质量可控 ,经临床使用总有效率达 97%。 结论 　本搽剂不仅适宜于医院小量配制 ,也适宜于药厂大批量生产 ,大大提高了本品的临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To decrease the irritation of piroxicam to the gastrointestinal tract and make it suitable for patients with rheumatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis for a long therapeutic time,piroxicam liniments was prepared。METHODS The optimal formula was obtained by study on the kinds,concentration of transdermal absorbents and the amount of solubilizers。RESULTS The quality can be controlled。No irritation was noted and the overall clinical effective rate was 97%。CONCLUSION The liniment is suitable not only for small preparation in hospitals,but also for large batch production in pharmaceutical factories。Extending its clinical application is highly recommended.更多还原
