角蛋白酶的研究进展
Advances in the study on keratinase
【摘要】 本文概述了角蛋白酶的理化性质、降解机理 ,并综述了近年来其应用领域及国内外研究进展情况。
【Abstract】 In this article it is summarized the physicochemical properties of keratinase, the principle of catabolism of keratine, including its field of application and research progress home and abroad.
