【摘要】 目的 　观察糖尿病人高血糖低胰岛素水平状态下瑞彤 (盐酸吡格列酮 )与人胰岛素的协同作用 ;方法 　以瑞彤 +人胰岛素为治疗组 ,二甲双胍 +人胰岛素为对照组 ,空腹血糖≤ 7mmol· L - 1与餐后两小时血糖≤ 9mmol· L - 1为控制达标 ,观察两组治疗至血糖达标所需的胰岛总量及治疗 12周后维持血糖达标的单日胰岛素总量。结果 　治疗至血糖达标所需的胰岛素总量两组无差异 ,维持血糖达标每日所需胰岛素用量治疗组显著低于对照组。 结论 　瑞彤与外源性胰岛素在低胰岛素水平状态下有良好的协同作用 ,显著减少外源性胰岛素用量 ,可能对糖尿病人的心血管带来益处更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe Pioglitazone Hydrochlo-ride and human insulin’s coordinating effects on diabetes on the hyperglucemia and low insulin level conditions.METHODS Pioglita-zone Hydrochloride and hunam insulin are the treating group,Metformin and human insulin are the contrast group.The con-trolling goal is fasting blood glucose≤7mmol·L -1 ,and two-hour Postprandial blood glucose≤9mmol·L -1 ,To observe the total insulin dose that can treat blood glucose up to standard in the two groups, and the single daily insulin dose that maintain blood glu-cose up to standard after twelve weeks of treatment.RESULTS There are no defferences in the insulin dose that treat blood glucose up to standard.The single daily insulin dose that can treat blood glu-cose up to standard is significantly lower than the contrast group.CONCLUSION Piolitazone Hydrochloride can be in well coor-dination with human isulin on the low insulin level conditions.It significantly reduce the extragenous insulin dose and perhaps bring benefits to the patient’s cardiovascular.更多还原
