【摘要】 目的 　验证板蓝根药材和口服液提取工艺的合理性。 方法 　采用薄层色谱法 ,以靛蓝、靛玉红为对照品 ,对制剂投料用板蓝根饮片及成品板蓝根口服液进行薄层鉴别。结果 　不同的提取工艺制成的板蓝根浸膏及成品溶液中靛蓝、靛玉红成分差异明显 ;而成品溶液中这两种有效成分含量极低。 结论 　传统板蓝根药材和口服液用水提取制备工艺有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To test the feasibility of extractive procedure of Radix Isatidis herbs and Oral Liquid. METHODS Contrasting with Indigo Blue and Indirubin,Radix Isatidis Herbs and Radix Isatidis Oral Liquid were identified by TLC. RESULTS Using different extraction procedure,The contents of Indigo Blue and Indirubin in single decoction soluton of herbs and oral liquid have obviously disparity.The content of Indigo Blue and Indirubin in Oral Liquid was lower.CONCLUSION The traditional extractive procedure by water of Radix Isatidis herbs and Oral Liquid is to be improved.更多还原
