【摘要】 目的 　建立元胡止痛片中延胡索乙素含量测定方法。 方法 　采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为 L ichrospher ODS柱 (4 .6mm× 2 5 0 mm,5μm)分析柱 ,流动相为 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (用三乙胺调 p H至 3 .0 ) -乙腈 (77∶ 2 3 ) ,流速为 1.0 ml· min- 1 ;柱温为 2 5℃ ,检测波长为 2 81nm。结果 　本法精密度高 ,稳定性好 ,延胡索乙素浓度在 0 .0 0 992～ 0 .0 4960 mg· ml- 1 范围内具有良好的线性关系 (r=1.0 0 0 0 ) ,平均加样回收率为98.70 % ,RSD=1.2 6% (n=9)。 结论 　本方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong tablets.METHODS Using a HPLC method with Lichrospher ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase was a mixture of 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(77∶23),flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1 ,and column temperature was 25℃,with the detection wavelength at 281nm.RESULTS The precision and stability were fine,The linear correlation was observed for the concentration of 0.00992～0.04960mg·mL -1 (r=1.0000),The average rocovery of tetrahydropalmatine was 98.70% with RSD of 1.26%. The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used as a quality control method for Yuanhu Zhitong Teblets.更多还原
