【摘要】 目的总结重症胸部创伤并创伤性休克的急诊手术的护理经验,提高重症胸部创伤并休克术中的护理质量。方法28例重症胸部创伤并创伤性休克的患者施行急诊手术,在术中有预见性地采取及时有效的抢救及护理措施。结果术中准备充分、抢救及时、准确,其中除1例抢救无效死亡外,其余均抢救成功。结论熟练地掌握急救常识和急救技术,以及有效的护理配合,是在重症胸部创伤并休克的手术中,手术护士应具有一定的急救医学知识,具有鉴别诊断能力和熟练的抢救技术,同时要有高度的责任心,熟练掌握胸心外科的手术程序。抢救实施过程不可轻视的部分。因此,手术护士除了做好手术配合以外,还应做好抢救的准备和各项预处理,并熟练地掌握抢救程序,以便更好地配合抢救。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the operative nursing experience of server thoracic traumas complicated with traumatic shock, and improve the nursing quality of server thoracic trauma complicated with traumatic shock. Methods 28cases of server thoracic traumas complicated with traumatic shock patients were treated with emergency operation, the prompt and effective rescue and nursing measures were performed predictably in the operation. Results Enough preparation in the operation, rescue promptly; one patients died and the other patients were recovered after rescue. Conclusion Mastering skillfully the general knowledge and technique of first-aid and effective nursing cooperation is very important part to rescuer the serer thoracic traumas complicated with shock patients. So the operative nurses must do well the rescue preparation and some pretreatment, and master skillfully the rescue process in order to cooperate the operation.更多还原
