【摘要】 目的　评价外固定架超关节固定对胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗效果。方法　自 1996年 4月至 2 0 0 3年 4月 ,应用体外固定架超关节固定为主治疗Pilon骨折 12例 ,随访 6个月 -7年 ,以Ovadia标准评价治疗效果。结果　 12例中优 6例 ,其中Ⅰ型 1例 ,Ⅱ型 3例 ,Ⅲ型 2例 ;良 4例 ,其中Ⅱ型 1例 ,Ⅲ型 3例 ;可 2例 ,全为Ⅲ型。总优良率为83 .3 %。结论　治疗的效果取决于原始损伤的程度。体外架固定可提供可靠的固定 ,尽可能少的医源性损伤 ,有利于骨折的复位及伤口的处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment of over-articular external fixator for tibial Pilon fracture.Methods From March, 1996 to April, 2003,used over-articular external fixator as main treatment to cure Pilon fracture(12 cases), with 6 months to 7 years follow-up, taking Ovadia standard to evaluate the effect of the treatment.Results Six of the total cases are excellent, 1 of which is the Ⅰ type, 3 are the Ⅱ type, 2 are the Ⅲ type. Four of the total are good, 1 of which is the Ⅱ type, 3 are the Ⅲ type. Two of the total are passed, both of which are the Ⅲ type. The total good rate is 83.3%.Conclusions The effect of treatment depends on the degree of original injury. The external fixator can provide a reliable fixation, making the traumas of operation as few as possible, which will do good to the diaplasis of the fracture and the treat of the wound.更多还原
