Objective To evaluate the open-heart operation with beating-heart during normothernic cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods After the cardipulmonary bypass was built, the heart was operated under sinus rhythm beating in the condition that the aorta was not crossclamped and the cardioplegic solution was not perfused.
