【摘要】 目的 探讨克隆氏病的临床表现、手术适应症及手术方法。方法 收集1995-2000年间病理证实为克隆病22例。结果 22例病人入院时临床表现为肠梗阻、消化道出血、胃肠穿孔或肠瘘。予行肠切除术或肠造瘘术。除2例病人因入院时病情较重,术后死亡外,其余20例病人均痊愈出院。结论 克隆氏病为慢性非特异性肠道疾病,内科治疗虽然能缓解或改善症状,但难以根治。因此,应及早采取手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical symptoms, indication’s for operation and operative methods of the crohn’s disease. Methods 22 cases of crohn’s disease in our department from 1995-2000 years were presented. Results 22 cases patients clinical symptoms have intestinal obstuction, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, or intestinal leakage. All patients recept operative treatment. 2 patients died after emergency surgery because the patient’s situation went wores. The other 20 patients were well. Conclusion Crohn’s disease is a no specific chronic in-flammnation in digestive canal, and the non-operation treament also relieve symptone, but can not treatment well all.
