【摘要】 目的 探讨小切口胆囊切除术的优越性、适应证和手术技巧。方法 回顾分析自1997年6月至2003年12月共112例小切口胆囊切除术的应用情况。结果 本组小切口手术成功97例,延长切口15例。平均手术时间42分钟。本组无一胆管损伤及死亡。结论 小切口胆囊切除术创伤小,恢复快,但必须严格掌握适应证,术前全面检查,熟练操作技巧,才能降低胆管损伤发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the superiority indication and technique of minicholecystectomy. Methods The clinical application in 112 case of mincholecystectomy from June 1997 to December 2003 were analysed. Results The 97 cases were cured with minicholecystectomy, 15cases incision lengthened. The mean surgical time was 42 min. None of the cases had bile duct injury or died. Conclusion Minicholecystectomy was less trauma and quick recorvery. For drecreasing the incidences rate of bile duct injury, we provided that the patients were selected with appropriate in dication, done preoperative complete examination, the operation was carried out with optimal technique.更多还原
