【摘要】 目的 探讨高压氧治疗缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)对机体微血管病变的影响。方法 检测缺氧缺血性脑病患者血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)在高压氧治疗前后变化。结果 经高压氧治疗后患者PLT明显升高,MPV、PDW明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 高压氧通过减少血小板的消耗,阻止缺氧缺血性损害进一步加重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of hyperharic oxygen inhalation on micrangium pathologic change in treating in hypoxic ischemic encephalo-pathy (HIE). Methods In each groups the charges of mean platelet volume (MPV), platetet volume distribution width (PDW), platetet count (PLT) were observed before hyperbaric oxygen inhalation and after inhalation. Results HIE hyperbaric oxygen inhalation can derease MPV,PDW, in crease PLT(P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperharir oxygen inhalation can increase PLT and reduce MPV,PDW.更多还原
