【摘要】 目的 观察通过上泪点进针行泪道探通术在治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效。方法 对156例174眼门诊新生儿泪囊炎患者,在表麻下通过上泪点进针行泪道冲洗和泪道探通术。结果 本组156例、174眼中,有骨性患儿8眼,而其中7眼经2～3次探通术后冲洗通畅,有1眼由于下泪道阻力大而未成功。其余均一次探通后冲洗通畅,成功率达99.4％。随后观察2个月至2年所有探通患儿均未复发。结论 新生儿泪囊炎患儿早期发现,及时行上泪点进针泪道探通术效果良好,此法简单、实用、效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obsjective To observe the curative effect of probing of the upper lacrimal passage in the treat-ment of neonatal dawcryocystitis. Methods 156 cases (174 eves) of newborn infants (out-patients) withneonatal dacryocystitis received irrigating and probing through the upper lacrimal passage under the condition oftopical anesthesia. Results of all the cases, apart from 8 eyes of bong lacrimal passage of which irrigating wasinfluently after probing at 2nd-3nd times and only 1 eye was failed because of the big obstruction of lowerlacrimal passage, the irrigating of the other eyes was influently after probing at the first time (99.4%). After theoperation, all the successful cases (173eyes) were followed up for 1/6-2 years and there are no cases of re-curence. Conclusion Early finding and in time treatment will get good results.
