【摘要】 目的　应用微波热凝技术处理功能性鼻内镜术 (FESS)后术腔病变组织 ,探讨提高功能性鼻内镜手术疗效的方法。方法　FESS术后病人随机分成 2组各 40例 ,一组术后 1周开始常规处理基础上加用微波热凝 ,另一组只作常规处理 ,分别观察其治愈率、上皮化时间、换药次数、换药时间、是否需要再一次填塞止血。结果　微波组治愈好转率为 92 .5 % ,常规组为 75 % ,10周内上皮化微波组是 72 .5 % ,常规组是 47.5 % ,两组比较有显著差异意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;微波组换药次数平均 6次 ,常规组平均 9次 ;微波组无再一次填塞止血病例。常规组有 3例需再次填塞止血。结论　对鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者在施行功能性鼻内镜术后应用微波热凝处理术腔能提高治愈率 ,缩短疗程 ,减轻患者痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the results of the operation of function endoscopic sinus surgery used with microwave thermocoagulation to deal with pathosis organization in nasal cavity.Methods 80 sinonasal patients divided randomly into two groups (40 in each).One group (MG) was used with not only conventional method but also microwave thermocoagulation after one week.The other (CG) only was used with conventional methods.Investigate their cure rate,last leather,change medicine frequency and whether needs fill with ribbon gauze to stop bleeding.Results Cure rate is 92.5% in MG,and 75% in CG;72.5% epithelial metaplasia after 10 weeks in GM,and 47.5% in CG;There are obvious distinction in the two groups(P<0.05).6 times change medicine frequency in MG,while,9 time in CG.Nobody needed fill with ribbon gauze to stop bleeding in MG,there were 3 patients in CG needed.Conclusions Used with microwave thermocoagulation in function endonasal sinus surgery for sinonasal patients in operation and after perform can raise cure rate,shorten course of treatment,alleviate patient pain.更多还原
