【摘要】 目的用泪道探通术及加压泪道冲洗法治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效进行比较分析。方法加压泪道冲洗 治疗102例116眼;泪道探通术治疗133例143眼。结果加压泪道冲洗法治愈97眼,占83.6％;泪道探通术治愈141眼.占 98.6％:结论泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎,疗程短,治愈率高,方法简单,可做首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparation and Analysis of dacryoeystitis neonatonim curative effect between Probing of lacrimal passages and Pressurize Syringing of lacrimal passages.Methods 102 cases,included 116 eyes were treated with Pressurize Syringing of lacrimal passages;133 cases.included 143 eyes were treated with Probing of lacrimal pas-sages.Results 97 eyes cured with using Pressurize Syringing of lacrimal passages,successful rate is 83.6%;141 eyes cured with using Probing of lacrimal passages,successful rate is 98.6%. Conclusion Treating dacryocystitis neonatorum with Probing of lacrimal passages is more effective,shorter treating period,higher cured rate,simpler to operate.It is an ideal method to be the first choice in dacryocystitis neonatonim treatment.更多还原
