【摘要】 目的　观察分析改良摆形矫治器远移磨牙的疗效。方法　选择 2 0例牙性Ⅱ类关系且牙列拥挤的患者 ,其中男 8例 ,女 12例 ,用改良摆形矫治器远移磨牙。结果　 2 0例患者的磨牙都有明显远移 ,全部达到Ⅰ类关系或偏近中关系 ,上颌第一磨牙至第二双尖牙的距离最多为 11 5mm ,最小为 4 8mm ,疗程 12 6周。牙弓长度增加 ,牙弓宽度减小 ,覆减小 ,覆盖轻度增加。结论　摆形矫治器是一种性能好、疗效高 ,不要求患者严格合作的矫治器 ,能快速有效的远移磨牙 ,但在应用中注意前牙支抗丢失 ,牙弓宽度减小的问题。改用螺旋扩大器加力 ,操作更简便安全 ,作用力更温和持久。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of the pendulum appliance on distal molan movement. Methods Pendulum appliances were applied for distativation of maxillary molars in 20 patients, include 8 males and 12 females, with Class Ⅱ malocclusion and Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree crowded dentition in upper dental arch. Results Maxillary first molars, had moved distally. All of them had reached class Ⅰ relationship or mesial morlar relationship. The distance between upper molar and the second prenolar maximum is 11.5 mm and the minimum is 4.8 mm, the therapy duration is 12.6 week. The length of arch as well as overjet increased, and the width of arch as well as overbite. Conclusion Pendulum appliance is a effective equipment. which can distally move the molars fast and effectively and don’t nedd patient’s cooperation strietly. But during using this equipment. We should pay more attention to the less of anterior teeth anchorage, and the decrease of arch width alteration of expansion screw and exentin nore lower, the operation will be more safety and the force will be more gentle and last longer.更多还原
