【摘要】 目的　观察慢性上颌窦炎置管药物冲洗后的治疗效果 ,利用扫描电镜观察窦腔黏膜纤毛变化。方法　经CT诊断慢性上颌窦炎 32例 ,在鼻内镜下经下鼻道行上颌窦钻孔后置硅胶管 ,定期用甲硝唑加庆大霉素和妥佳注射剂反复冲洗窦腔 3个月 ,治疗前后取窦腔黏膜行扫描电镜观察。结果　 32例中 30例治愈 ,电镜观察结果显示 :治疗前窦腔黏膜细胞间隙扩大 ,纤毛大部分脱落缺失 ,治疗后纤毛再生 ,数目增多 ,恢复正常形态。结论　慢性上颌窦炎行置管加药物冲洗可获得一定疗效 ,利用扫描电镜观察可见窦腔黏膜纤毛恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment effect by drug douche in patients with chronic maxillary sinusitis. Methods Thirty-two patients with chronic maxillary sinusitis were treated by drug douche after drill a hole under endoscopy.The mucosa specimens of the maxillary were investigated by scanning electron microscope before and three months after treatment. Results The cure rate was 94.0%(30/32).The result of observation of scanning electron microscope showed that the cilia loss,disorientation and tulor abnormalitles in mucosa before treatment.And after treatment,the clilate columnaz,cells were recovered to normal morphoris and the function restorated normalization three months after maxillary sinus douche. Conclusion It is a effective treatment method of the drug douche in patients of chronic maxillary sinusitis.The scanning electron microscope show the curative effect for the maxillary sinus drug douche.更多还原
