【摘要】 目的　探讨眼球穿孔伤的危害、临床治疗及预防。方法　对 1992～ 2 0 0 2年收治的 185例 (186眼 )眼球穿孔修复手术治疗进行临床分析。结果　眼球穿孔伤占同期眼科住院病例的 16 3% ,占同期眼外伤住院病例的4 1 7%。致盲率达 12 9% ,致残率达 4 2 5 %。结论　眼球穿孔伤是主要的致盲疾病之一 ,后果严重 ,应重视其预防。一旦发生 ,应及时治疗 ,减少并发症的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ress, Clinic, treatment and prevention in the patients with ocular perforating. Methods Summarizing the results of patients with ocular perforating from 1992 to 2002, in our hospital. Results The patients with ocular perforating were of 16.3% and 47% in toal ophthalmic inpatients and patients with ocular trauma, respectively. Men to Women 4.78 to 1. Their ages were in 16～30(76.2%) years old. The proportion of blindness and disabled were 12.9% and 42.5%, respectively. Conclusion The ocular perforating were one of main cause of blindness. It should be prevented and treated to reduce the complications.更多还原
