【摘要】 目的　总结管状消化道吻合器在食管癌和贲门癌根治术中应用的临床经验。方法　对 4 14例食管癌和贲门癌患者使用WGW弯管形吻合器行机械吻合。结果　无手术死亡 ,吻合失败 9例 ,发生并发症 2 6例 ,吻合口瘘发生率 0 75 % ,吻合口狭窄发生率 4 83%。结论　机械吻合可减少吻合口瘘的发生率 ,熟练掌握国产吻合器的使用可减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience of application of domestic anastomotic instrument in resection of esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Methods WGW anastomotic stapler was applied in 414 patients with esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Results No surgical death occurred among all cases.Anastomosis failure occurred in 9 cases,and the occurrence number of operative complication was 26.The incidence of anastomotic leakeage was 0.75%.The incidence of anastomotic stricture was 4.83%. Conclusion Stapled anastomoses can reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakeage.To master the domestic anastomotic instrument perfectly can reduced the surgical complication.更多还原
