【摘要】 目的　探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术 (MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石的安全性与有效性。方法　回顾性分析 2 5例采用MPCNL治疗的输尿管上段结石患者资料。结果　 2 5例均为一期单通道取石 ,结石清除率 10 0 % ,平均手术时间 75min ,术中估计出血量平均 35ml,平均术后住院 4 2天 ,无严重并发症发生。结论　MPCNL治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效 ,可以使绝大多数患者避免开放手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the safety and efficacy of microinvasive percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy (MPCNL). Methods Data of 25 cases treated with MPCNL were reviewed. Results All of the 25 patients were treated with one-stage single channel lithotripsy.The stone-free rate was 100%,and mean operation time was 75min,mean estimated blood loss 35ml,and post-operative stay was 4.2 days.No severe complications were seen. Conclusion MPCNL is safe and effective for treatment of upper ureteric caculi,and may avoid open surgery in most patients.更多还原
