【摘要】 目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌中p27^kipl、p16基因蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化Envision法检测57例非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）标本p27^kipl、p16蛋白的表达。结果 （1）p27^kipl、P¹⁶在非小细胞肺癌中阳性表达率分别为43.86％、49.12％,在癌旁正常支气管上皮阳性率分别为92.0％、96.0％,其在肺癌和正常组织中表达的差异有显著意义（P<0.005）;（2）p27^kipl、p16阳性表达者生存期分别较p27^kipl、p16阴性表达者延长（P<0.05）,且与淋巴结转移呈负相关（P<0.025）;（3）p^kipl与p16的表达显著正相关（P<0.05）。结论 p27^kipl、p16低表达与非小细胞肺癌的发生、进展密切相关,与生存期呈负相关,两者可作为综合判断患者预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of p27kipl, p16 protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of p27kipl, p16 was detected by Envision im-munohistochemical technique in 57 NSCLC cases. Results (1) The expression of p27kipl, p16 protein in NSCLC was markedly lower than that in normal bronchial epithelium (NBE) at positive rate of 43. 86%, 49. 12% and 92. 0%, 96. 0%. (2) Patients with positive p27kipl, p16 expression had a higher survival rate than those with negative expression. The higher expression of p27kipl, p16 was associated with lymph node metastasis, moreover. (3) Strong correlation was found between the expression of p27kipl and p16 in NSCLC. Conclusions The low regulation of p27kipl , p16 expression rates was correlated with the development and prognosis of NSCLC. Aberrant expression of p27klpl, p16 in NSCLC may be taken an effective parameter to evaluate and predict the prognosis of NSCLC.更多还原
