【摘要】 目的:探讨胫腓骨骨折急诊外固定器治疗对多发伤的影响。方法:通过观察113例多发伤死亡率 [急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS),脂肪栓塞综合征(FES)],ICU监护时间,住院时间等5项近期指标及骨折延迟 愈合,不愈合,畸形愈合,关节僵硬,褥疮,坠积性肺炎等骨折并发症远期指标,对经3种不同治疗方法对骨折本 身和多发伤治疗的疗效进行评估。结果:多发伤合并胫腓骨骨折急诊外固定器手术在多项指标方面较限期手 术及保守治疗为优(P<0.05.)。结论:胫腓骨骨折急诊外固定,具有手术时间短、出血少、创伤小等优点,在降 低多发伤死亡率,减少致残率方面均具有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of emergency external fixator operation for tibia and fibula fractures in patients with multiple injuries by retrospective study. Methods: The patients with tibia and fibula fractures were treated in 3 different methods i.e. emergency external fixator operation,selective operation and conservative treatment. Early complications including acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and fat embolism syndrome(FES),intensive care unit length of stay,mortality rate and the long-term complication of fracture were evaluated to compare the 3 different methods. Results: The emergency fracture operation was better than selective operation and conservative treatment in most indexes(P<0.05). Conclusion: The mortality and disability rate of multiple injuries were reduced by the emergency external fixator operation. Utilization of external fixation device relatively excels in shortening operation time,reducing bleeding and trauma in the treatment of multiple injuries.更多还原
