双四象限探测器弥散斑测量方法研究
Research on Measuring and Adjusting Method of Dispersion Spot at Double Quadrant photoelectric Detector
【摘要】 讨论一种利用双四象限探测器本身光机结构、输出电信号特性 ,对其接收的微小光斑进行精确测量 ,并可实时调整的方法 所组建的测量系统利用测量测定可旋转反射镜在特定位置的偏转角来计算弥散斑的半径 ,经实验 ,弥散斑在 0 .5mm± 0 .1mm测量范围内 ,分辨率可达 0 .0 0 96mm(角度分辨率为 1′)
【Abstract】 Being a new style position detector,double quadrant photoelectric detector has been widely used in measure,track,control and guide.The size of laser dispersion spot is closely related with the system′s behavior and characteristic.Begin with a discussion about measurement model ,followed a method of small light spot precise measuring and adjusting on-line,making use of detector′soptics and construction and characteristic of outputting signals is given ,along with result of experiment that the resolution is 0.0096mm in 0.5mm±0.1mm measure scope.
