水热法祖母绿激光晶体的光谱性质研究
Spectrum Properties of Hydrothermal Emerald Laser Crystals
【摘要】 报道了温差水热法生长的祖母绿激光晶体 (Cr3 + ∶Be3 Al2 Si6O1 8)的光学参量特点 通过对祖母绿晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱的测量 ,计算了晶体场强度Dq、Racah参量B和C ,Dq/B≈2 .3 ,说明了祖母绿晶体中的Cr3 + 离子处于中等晶场 室温下的荧光光谱特点显示4T2 →4A2 的跃迁为70 0~ 840nm的宽带辐射跃迁 此外该晶体的有效声子能量 h- ω =40 9.6cm-1 ,Huang Rhys因子S =3 .5较小 ,说明祖母绿的电 声子耦合作用较弱
【Abstract】 The optical properties of hydrothermal laser emerald crystal (Cr-doped Be 3Al 2Si 6O 18 ) were reported.Based on measurement of the absorption spectrum, the crystal field strength D q , the Racah parameters B and C were calculated. The photoluminescence spectrum of Cr 3+ ∶Be 3Al 2Si 6O 18 via 4T 2→ 4A 2 transition is a broadband emission from 700 to 850 nm at room temperature. The measurements of absorption and the photoluminescence spectra showed that the Cr ions in Cr 3+ ∶Be 3Al 2Si 6O 18 occupied weak crystal field sites.
