蔗糖二步发酵法提高细菌纤维素产量的研究
The Study on Improving the Product Rate of Bacterial Cellulose in Two-Step Fermentation of Using Sucrose
【摘要】 研究了一株木醋杆菌(A.xylium)细菌纤维素发酵的二步发酵法的工艺条件:在气升罐恒定pH5.0,溶解氧20%,30℃培养70 h后转移到浅盘,3 0℃静止培养74 h,细菌纤维素产量达到1 5.86 g/L,比静止发酵法的细菌纤维素产量明显提高。
【Abstract】 The technic conditions of two-step fermentation about Acetobacter xylium producing bacterium cellulose by fermentation were studied. The first fermentation kept changeless under the condition of pH4.5, soluble oxygen 20% and the temperature of 30℃ in the gas-ascending zymolytic kettle, being cultured for 74 hours under the temperature of 30℃. As a result, compared with the still zymotechnics, the output of bacterial cellulose was enhanced clearly and arrived 15.86 g/L.
