我国体育中介市场现状与对策研究
Research on the Present Situation and the Strategy of the Sports Agency Market in China
【摘要】 我国体育中介市场经历了探索和规范发展两个阶段 ,体育中介组织的规模日益扩大 ,中介业务范围逐步拓宽 ,中介队伍逐步规范 ,中介市场的需求逐步兴旺 ,市场体系逐步形成 ,但中介市场发展过程中存在着资源开放性程度不高 ,市场秩序尚不规范 ,中介组织竞争力不强 ,缺乏行业自律及中介企业效益下滑等问题。需要从行业规划、市场资源开放、经济政策、培训制度、市场监管及行业自律等方面加大改革和完善的力度
【Abstract】 The sports agency market in China has experienced two stages of exploration and standard development The present situation shows that the scale of the sports agencies is being enlarged, the range of their business is being broadened, the staff’s qualities are being improved, the needs on the sports agency market are being increased and the market system is being formed Five problems exist in agency market in China, the degree of the openness to the market resources is low in the process of the development of the market, the market order is not standardizing yet, the competitive power of the sports agencies is weak on the market, there is a lack of industry self-discipline, the benefits of the sports agencies are on the decline In order to resolve the above problems, some strict measures to reform and perfect the sports agency market should be taken in terms of the industry planning, exploitation of the market resources, economy policy, training system, supervision and management of the market and industry self-discipline
