国内啤酒专用淀粉糖浆的开发和应用
Investigation and Application of the Brewing Starch Syrup in China
【摘要】 啤酒用淀粉糖浆在国内逐渐受到重视,具有广阔的开发应用前景,是目前国内淀粉糖工业又一新的增长点。本文介绍了国内啤酒酿造用淀粉糖浆的分类、组分、特点、生产工艺及实际应用等方面的情况。
【Abstract】 Lately great attention has been paid to the brewing starch syrup and it has a bright application future. We conclude the syrup from all aspects, including its classification, composition, characteristics, product process and practice application etc. It gives some directions in the application and can help the syrup widely used in the beer industry.
