多糖的构效关系研究进展
Studys Advances in the Structure Activity Relationship of Polysaccharide
【摘要】 本文论述了影响多糖活性的结构因素,从糖单元的组成、糖苷键的类型、主链的构型、支链、空间构型、取代基的种类及数量等几个方面说明结构对其生物活性的影响。
【Abstract】 The review is about the relationship of structure factors and the activities of polysaccharide. The structure factors such as sugar unit, types of glycosidic chains and the backbone, the branch, conformation of chain, the substitute of the backbone and so on were discussed.
