火焰原子吸收法测定番荔枝中的几种微量元素
Determination of Some Trace Elements in Annona Squamosal by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了番荔枝果肉、果皮及种子中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ni、Pb、Cd等微量元素,各元素回收率在98%~117%之间。结果表明,番荔枝中富含人体必需的微量元素及宏量元素,有害元素Pb、Cd含量较低。
【Abstract】 s: The trace elements of K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ni、Pb and Cd in annona squamosal sarcocarp, pericarp and seed had been determined by using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The recoveries of elements are within 98%~117%. It had been proved that the amount of useful trace elements and mass elements are abundant in annona squamosa, whereas baneful elements Pb and Cd are less.
