【Abstract】 Recently, a number of antihypertensive peptides were isolated and identified, among these peptides, milk-derived antihypertensive peptides received more research attention. In the present paper, a double string DNA fragment was synthesized according to the published amino acid sequences of CEI12 derived from milk casein. Followed with restriction enzyme digest of target DNA and expression vector pQE16, then target DNA was ligated with the pQE16 and transformed into E.coli JM109 and DH5?Then positive clones were screened and expressed with IPTG induction.
