氯化铁催化合成马来酸二异戊酯
Synthesis of diisopenty maleate catalyzed by ferric chloride
【摘要】 用六水三氯化铁为催化剂 ,由异戊醇和马来酸酐合成了马来酸二异戊酯 ,研究了影响反应的因素。当马来酸酐、异戊醇和三氯化铁的物质的量之比为 1∶4∶0 11,回流分水 6 0min ,酯收率达 95 3%。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of diisopenty maleate with isopentanol and maleic anhydride as reactants and ferric chloride hexahydrate as catalyst have been studied.The yield of the ester could reach 95 3% under amount of substance ratio of maleic anhydride,isopentyl alcohol and ferric chloride are 1∶4∶0 11,reflused and water segregated for 60 min.
