(+)-甘油醇缩丙酮合成工艺的研究
The Synthesis of (+)-1,2-O-Isopropylideneglycerol
【摘要】 研究了以无水氯化锌为催化剂,D-甘露醇与丙酮缩合反应合成二异亚丙基缩合物的最适宜反应条件,产率可达65%。并通过NaIO4氧化断链,NaBH4还原得到(+)-甘油醇缩丙酮。分析了每步反应产物各组分的情况,发现副产物对目标产物的合成并无影响。
【Abstract】 The 1,2:5,6-di-O-methylethylidene-D-mannitol has been prepared from D-mannitol with anhydrous zinc chloride as the catalyst. The optimum synthetic condition has been studied in detail and the yield of the reaction is 65%. Firstly, the product was oxidized by NaIO4 and then deoxidized by NaBH4 to yield (+)-1,2-O-isopropylideneglycerol. Furthermore, the outgrowths were analyzed and it was found that the outgrowths had no influence on the synthesis of the target compound.
